2 years parts and labor on Thor appliances in single-family residential use, starting on the date of purchase. Thor will repair or replace a defective product or part at its discretion.

Refrigerators and other cooling products: if the sealed system fails, Thor replaces the unit with a new or refurbished model with equal or similar features, at Thor's discretion.

Outdoor Kitchen Suite products carry a 2-year parts-only warranty.

Commercial use (anything other than single-family residential) drops coverage to 6 months.

Who is covered: the original purchaser, with the original receipt. Coverage does not transfer if you sell the appliance, and it applies in the United States and Canada.

What is not covered includes improper installation, rust, normal wear, cosmetic damage not reported within 90 days of delivery, and shipping damage not reported shortly after delivery. In-home repair is subject to service availability, and travel costs to remote areas without an authorized service provider are excluded.
