Local orders take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to be delivered to you and we ship as soon as possible. International orders take approximately 1 to 6 weeks to be delivered to you and we ship as soon as possible. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same shipment. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated directly to you.

Q: WHY DO I HAVE MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS?

At Urban Supply, we carry many different products that can ship from different warehouses and fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple products, it is possible to have multiple tracking numbers because some items may not be shipped in the same shipment. However, it is highly likely that your items will arrive within a few business days of each shipment. Please be sure to check the status of each shipment using your tracking numbers for more information!

Q: WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING?

At Urban Supply, we have multiple fulfillment centers and we are working on your order as quickly as we can. A tracking number is issued only after we ship out your products and it will start real-time tracking after the shipping company has updated it. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your tracking number to be updated once your shipping confirmation email is received.
