Empava Kitchen

Empava kitchen appliances cover the built-in pieces of a cooking wall: cooktops, wall ovens, range hoods and an outdoor pizza oven. This collection holds the Empava kitchen line at Urban Supply, including a 36-inch six-burner gas cooktop, induction cooktops such as the 12-inch two-element built-in, a 36-inch radiant electric cooktop with five elements, 24-inch single wall ovens in electric and propane with 2.3 cu. ft. of capacity, range hoods in 30 and 36-inch widths at 400 or 500 CFM (under cabinet, wall mount and island), and an outdoor wood-fired and gas pizza oven in stainless steel.

How to choose Empava kitchen appliances

  • Cooktop type: gas gives visible flame control; induction is the fastest and easiest to clean but needs magnetic cookware; radiant electric works with any flat-bottom pan and needs no gas line.
  • Oven fuel: match the wall oven to your utilities, with electric for most homes and propane where there is no gas line but a tank on site.
  • Hood sizing: pick a hood at least as wide as the cooktop and choose 500 CFM over 400 for heavy gas cooking.
  • Matching: Empava's stainless steel finish runs across the gas cooktops, hoods and the pizza oven, so pieces bought separately still look like a set.
