Urban Supply Inc carries four genuinely different kinds of hot tub, and the choice between them is mostly about how permanent the installation is and whether you want electric or wood-fired heat.

Inflatable spas — MSpa

The quickest to set up and the easiest to store over winter. Current models include the COMFORT Tekapo (6-person square), the PREMIUM Soho (6-person square), the URBAN Aurora (6-person round, with LED lighting) and the FRAME Mono (6-person round). Best if the tub may move, or if you want to try one before committing a permanent spot.

Frame and jetted spas — MSpa

A rigid frame around the shell, so it reads and sits more like a fixed spa while staying serviceable. The Oslo is a 6-person frame spa with a 2,200W heater (F-OS063W). The Cocoon Verto and the Denver are 6-person models listed with jets, bubbles, UVC and app control.

Freestanding acrylic — Empava

The only line here that comes in more than one size: a 6-person square (EMPV-SPA3550), a 5-person square (EMPV-SPA3528) and a 4-person rectangle (EMPV-SPA3527). Worth a look if a 6-person footprint is more tub than your patio or your household needs.

Wood-fired — SaunaLife

No electrical supply required at the tub. The Soak Series includes the Model S4N and S4B, and the Model S6B is listed as 7-person — the largest capacity in the collection. These pair naturally with a sauna build.

Settle this before ordering

Measure the pad first: round and square models of the same person-rating occupy noticeably different areas. Then confirm your electrical supply on any electric model — heater wattage is listed per model and drives whether it runs on a standard household circuit or needs a dedicated one. Confirm that requirement on the spec sheet before delivery day, not after.
