Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment within the handling time specified for each product in your order. If for any reason it will be much longer than this, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Method: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send another email with the tracking number.

Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large, heavy, or multi-unit orders ship LTL/FREIGHT with a curbside delivery appointment.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, your order will be in transit on its way to you. Ground shipment is typically between 1-5 business days, and freight orders generally about 3-7 business days on average.

Assembly Notice:

Most products are delivered in pieces and require assembly. Complexity varies by item, so feel free to reach out for details on a specific product.

Cancellation/Returns

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders can be canceled before they have shipped, with some exceptions.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by an authorized manufacturer's warranty, and shipping insurance. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival.

Returns And Refunds:

*If you have purchased a new Pro series freeze dryer (Since Aug 1, 2023), these lids work perfectly for covering trays of food and freezing in a freezer. However, they cannot be used for freeze drying if you have a Small or X-Large Pro freeze dryer.

3-Year Limited Warranty

All sales of Harvest Right Freeze Dryers after February 1, 2019, are covered by this warranty.

Full One-Year Warranty only includes the U.S. continental 48 states
Warranty Period: For one year from original ship date.
Included: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
Harvest Right will be responsible for: Repair or, at our option, replace any part of this freeze dryer and/or vacuum pump which proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Consumer will be responsible for: Costs of service calls. Consumer may also be responsible for replacement parts caused by consumer misuse and neglect of product. See Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer below.

Limited 3-year warranty
Warranty Period: For the second and third year from the original ship date.
Harvest Right will be responsible for: Repair or, at our option, replace any part of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) which fails because of defective workmanship or material.
Consumer will be responsible for: Diagnostic charges for determining defects, and any costs for transportation and delivery of the appliance required because of service.

Consumer will be responsible for: Costs of local service and cost of parts for consumer misuse and neglect of product. Costs for transportation and delivery of all parts, for any reason, from Harvest Right to Consumer.

Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer:
This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and when operated in accordance with Harvest Right instructions. The consumer is responsible for the following items:
1. Proper use of the appliance in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
2.Proper installation in accordance with the instructions provided with the appliance and in accordance with all local electrical codes.
3. Proper connection to a grounded power supply of sufficient voltage, replacement of blown fuses, repair of loose connections or defects in house wiring.
4. The appliance must be operated in a clean open area that has plenty of airflow and is not above 95'°F (35'°C) or below 35'° F (2'°C).
5. Damages to the appliance during or after installation. Do not lift the unit by holding onto the door.
6. Properly maintaining and operating the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
7. Ensuring freeze-dried food, or other freeze-dried material, are completely dry prior to packaging.
8. Ensuring proper, durable containers are used. Containers, once sealed, must not allow water or air to penetrate them.
9. Ensuring sufficient/proper, fresh oxygen absorbers are included in the sealed container with the freeze dried material. They must not have expired or been exposed to the air prematurely for too long of a time.

Harvest Right accepts no responsibility for the quality of freeze-dried food or freeze-dried materials; nor does it accept responsibility for the packaging of the food or other freeze-dried material.

Exclusions:
1. Any modifications or add-on after-market accessories will void the warranty in its entirety.
2. Consequential or incidental damages such as, but not limited to, property damage and incidental expenses resulting from any breach of this written or any implied warranty.
3. Service calls which do not involve malfunction or defects in workmanship or material.
4. Damages caused by services performed by persons other than authorized by Harvest Right.
5. Parts other than Harvest Right repair parts or parts obtained from suppliers other than Harvest Right personnel.
6. External causes such as abuse, misuse, inadequate power supply, or acts of God.
7. Products with original serial numbers that have been removed or altered and cannot be readily determined.
8. Using an extension cord instead of direct line connection to available power supply.
9. Claims for personal injuries, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss (profit or revenue), however caused.
10. If you are not the original owner of the freeze dryer, the warranty no longer applies.

Service:
Since it is the responsibility of the consumer to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date, keep your delivery slip or purchase receipt or some other appropriate payment record. Q: WHICH FREEZE DRYER IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Small Freeze Dryer:
- Capacity of each batch is a 4 to 7 lbs. of fresh food
- In a year, one can freeze dry around 195 gallons or 840 lbs. or more of food

Medium Freeze Dryer:
- Capacity of each batch is 8 to 13 lbs. of fresh food
- In a year, one can easily freeze dry 312 gallons or 1450 lbs. of food

Large Freeze Dryer:
- Capacity of each batch is around 15 to 23 lbs. of fresh food
- In a year, one can easily freeze dry 546 gallons or 2500 lbs. of food)

Q: HOW DOES THE FREEZE DRYER WORK?

The entire process is automatic.

1. Raw or cooked foods are placed in the freeze dryer where they are frozen to between -30 degrees and -50 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Once frozen, the freeze dryer creates a vacuum in the food chamber.

3. As the food is gradually warmed, the water turns to vapor and evaporates out of the food (sublimation).

4. When dry, the freeze dryer notifies the user that the process is complete by sounding an audible beep.

5. You can then remove the freeze dried food from the dryer and place it in vacuum-sealed containers that are moisture and oxygen proof (preferably a mylar pouch or a can) to ensure freshness until opened.

6. When water is added to the food, it regains its original fresh flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance!

Q: WHAT TYPE OF FOOD CAN BE FREEZE DRIED?

You truly can freeze-dry almost anything. All kinds of fruits, vegetables and meats taste wonderful when freeze dried. That includes things like tomatoes, apples, bananas, strawberries, peaches, green beans, peppers, onions, potatoes, spinach, shrimp, pork, beef, turkey and even ice cream.

Your favorite meals that include meat may be easily freeze dried. Foods like lasagna, rice dishes, cheese macaroni, chili, beef stew, chicken a la king, casseroles, shrimp, lobster, pulled pork, pasta sauces or scrambled eggs are perfect for this process.

You will find that it is a delight to experiment with different foods and meals in your freeze dryer. A great way to start is by picking meals that are already favorites in your home.

Q: HOW MUCH FOOD CAN BE FREEZE DRIED WITH EACH BATCH?

Small
4-7 lbs. of fresh food will fit in our small freeze dryer. That amount of food will typically fill 1.0 to 1.5 gallons (1 to 1.5 #10 cans) of food per batch. It is not uncommon for customers to freeze dry 840 lbs. of fresh food in just 1 year.

Medium
8-13 pounds of fresh food will fit in our medium size freeze dryer. That amount of food will typically fill 1.5 to 2.5 gallons (1.5 to 2.5 #10 cans) of food per batch. It is not uncommon for customers to freeze dry 1,450 lbs. of fresh food in just 1 year.

Large

The majority of our orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx, UPS, or a third-party LTL Freight Shipping company.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPING IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have an order with multiple items, each item may be shipping from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them readily available and can get to you the fastest. If an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent you from waiting on your order. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipping out directly from any of our many domestic and international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (each product varies). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (each product varies) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION? 

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Once you receive that email, you can consistently update yourself through our Track your Order tab up above for full clarity and to prevent your package from getting lost. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please feel free to contact us and will work something out.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES? 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel without penalty within 12 hours of making your purchase!

If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order for any reason, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 12 hours of your purchase.

After 12 hours, our team may have processed your order and we may be unable to cancel it immediately. However, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to return it to us (please return the item in its original condition) and you will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the item arrives damaged or not in its original condition (evidence will be provided). Refunds

The only requirements are that every item be unused and in its original packaging. You must keep the pallet if you want to return larger appliances. A product cannot be returned if it has been installed, used, or if the pallet or box are missing.

Any broken or damaged items can be returned for a refund in their original packaging and condition within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it.

As a reminder, you must report your order within 60 days of the delivery date. After this time, we won't accept any return requests.

Photos Required - Photos of the damaged item or items you are returning will be requested by our customer service representatives. If no photos are available, which are needed for processing returns, returns won't be processed.

Missing parts?

Please contact us right away at Urbansupply.info@gmail.com if, for any reason, you received your order but some of the parts are missing. We will send out a replacement order for the missing parts right away.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware that there is a minimum 15% restocking fee for all returns, cancellations, or refused packages that have already been sent out. The restocking fee will be determined by the product and brand.

Only when there are issues with your order's shipping or if there was a mistake on our end in getting the item(s) to the customer will we exclude the restocking fee. Other conditions that can also be applied: Items that arrive damaged, wrong item is sent, or if item is in used condition.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by Urban Supply. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund if the customer requests one, though we will provide one with every order.

Orders that have already shipped are subject to restocking fees.
If you reject a delivery because it is damaged, this is not considered a return. A replacement unit will be sent to you at no cost.

How do I get started?

To begin your return, send your order and a receipt or another form of proof of purchase. In order for us to validate your return order right away, please include "RETURN - ORDER #" in the subject line of your message.

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the delivery is refused, or it is returned because the customer neglected to make a delivery appointment, it will be automatically sent back to the warehouse and handled as a return.

Please include a brief explanation of the return's cause in the email's body, along with any supporting documentation you deem necessary.

As there is no way for us to track the return package, kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first getting in touch with us.

Due to upcoming promotions or lower prices from competing retailers, Order Prices are Final and Cannot Be Refunded.

The sale price is final once an order has been fulfilled.
Since all costs are fixed at the time of purchase and are set by the suppliers/brands we work with, we are unable to reimburse you for future promotions after your purchase. Likewise, if you find the same item for less elsewhere or on our website after placing your order, we are unable to refund you the difference.

You will not be charged for the shipping of any components you might be missing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait 4-7 business days. If you still haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company and ask them if the refund is pending into your bank account. There may be processing time of 4-7 business days for these refunds to appear back into your bank.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at urbansupply.info@gmail.com and include details such as:

Returns

All products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Keep the pallet if you are returning larger appliances. A product cannot be returned if it has been installed, used, or if the box or pallet is missing.

You may return any broken or damaged items for a refund within 60 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it.

Please keep in mind that your order must be reported within 60 days of delivery. After this time, we will not accept any Return Requests.

Photos Are Required - Our customer service representatives may request photos of the damaged item or items you are returning. Returns will not be processed if no photos are available, which are required for processing.

Restocking Fee: Please keep in mind that all returns, cancellations, or refused packages that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product and brand will determine the restocking fee.

  • Once an order ships it is subject to a restocking fee.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to damage, these cases will not be treated as a return. We will send a replacement unit at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Urban Supply. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the customer. A return label can be requested by the customer, and we will include one with every order; however, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.
