Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Free Shipping on Orders $299+ — Exclusions Apply
Orders totaling $299 or more before tax qualify for free standard shipping within the Continental US. Exclusions apply. The free-shipping offer does not cover oversized and freight-only items, which are listed below. Shipping on excluded items is always calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise charges after your order is placed.
Oversized & Freight Items — Shipping Calculated at Checkout
The following categories ship by LTL freight carrier and are excluded from the $299 free-shipping offer:
- Solar batteries, energy storage systems, hybrid and off-grid inverters, and related power electronics — including all EG4 Electronics products
- Kitchen ranges, range hoods and large kitchen appliances
- Fireplaces and fireplace inserts
- Home standby and portable generators
- Outdoor grills, islands and outdoor kitchen units
- Indoor and outdoor furniture sold as oversized freight
- Mini-split air conditioners and heat pumps
Freight shipping on these items is calculated at checkout based on your order total and is shown to you before payment.
What is included
- Curbside delivery is included. The driver brings your shipment to the curb in front of your property.
- The customer is responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final location.
- The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment within a 4-hour window. An adult (18+) must be present to sign for and inspect the delivery.
- Most freight orders deliver within 5–10 business days of shipping.
Optional services
- Lift gate service — $185. Selectable at checkout. A lift gate truck lowers your shipment from the truck bed to ground level. Choose this only if you have no loading dock or forklift. Lift gate is a carrier accessorial billed separately from standard freight, which is why it is priced separately here.
- White glove delivery (in-room placement, debris removal) may be available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
We ship selected products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. Freight to these destinations is not covered by any standard or free-shipping rate.
- Where a rate is shown at checkout for these destinations, it is an estimate. We confirm the exact freight cost with you in writing before your order ships, and you may cancel for a full refund if the confirmed cost does not work for you.
- Some oversized and freight-only items cannot be shipped to these destinations at all. If no shipping option appears at checkout, that item is not available to your address.

Large Orders Over $35,000
Freight on orders above $35,000 is quoted individually. We confirm the exact cost with you in writing before your order ships.
Delivery Inspection — Important
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.
- If you see visible damage, refuse delivery and call us immediately at 917-540-6070.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, document it with photos and contact us within 24 hours.
- Failure to inspect and report damage within 24 hours may void the carrier's damage claim.
- Keep all original packaging until you have inspected the product.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Backorders & Lead Times
Some products are made-to-order or ship directly from the manufacturer. Estimated lead times are noted on individual product pages. We will notify you immediately of any delay.
