Warehouse material handling equipment from Xilin — electric and manual pallet jacks, walkie stackers, counterbalanced stackers, order pickers, lift tables, and the parts that keep them running.

Picking the right class of machine

  • Pallet jack — moves pallets across a floor. Manual for occasional use, electric once the operator is doing it all shift or the loads exceed roughly 3,000 lb.
  • Walkie stacker — lifts pallets into racking without the cost, footprint, or licensing burden of a sit-down forklift. Semi-electric units power the lift and leave the travel manual; full-electric powers both.
  • Counterbalanced stacker — straddle-free front end, so it handles closed-bottom pallets, crates, and machinery that a straddle-leg stacker cannot reach.
  • Order picker — elevates the operator to pick case-by-case from racking.
  • Lift table — brings the work to the operator instead of the operator to the floor.

Two specs people get wrong

Load center. Every capacity rating assumes a 24-inch load center. Deep or front-heavy loads cut real capacity well below the headline number — read the load chart, not the model name.

Lowered height and fork spread. A stacker that cannot get its forks into your pallets is scrap metal. Measure your actual pallet openings and your lowest clearance before ordering.

Lithium-ion versions charge opportunistically between shifts with no watering and no dedicated charging room — usually the better economics anywhere the equipment runs more than one shift.
