SOK's Victron-compatible LiFePO4 batteries (SK12V314PH 12V/314Ah and SK24V150PH 24V/150Ah) speak directly to the Victron Energy ecosystem — MultiPlus inverter-chargers, Cerbo GX system controllers, and the VE.Bus protocol. That means accurate state-of-charge reporting on your Cerbo GX or VRM portal, charge-profile auto-sync, and BMS-coordinated charging that other LiFePO4 brands need add-on shunts to approximate.
DIY Victron system builders, RV and marine owners running Victron MultiPlus / Quattro inverter-chargers, off-grid Cerbo GX dashboards, anyone building a fully-integrated DC system where the battery, inverter, MPPT, and monitor talk to each other.
In a Victron system, integration matters more than raw amp-hours. A non-integrated battery forces the inverter to guess at state of charge from voltage curves, which gets unreliable at LiFePO4's flat voltage plateau. SOK's Victron-compatible models eliminate that guesswork — your Cerbo GX shows actual SOC, your MultiPlus charges to the battery's actual targets, and the whole system behaves like Victron designed it to.
Does this work with the MultiPlus-II?
Yes — both SK12V314PH and SK24V150PH integrate with MultiPlus-II 3000VA and larger units via VE.Bus.
Do I still need a SmartShunt?
Strongly recommended. The BMS gives you cell-level data; the SmartShunt gives you system-level current accounting (including DC loads outside the inverter). Both together = full DC visibility.
Can I add non-Victron-compatible SOK batteries to a Victron system?
Yes — they'll work fine as voltage-monitored batteries. You just lose the BMS-inverter handshake. Many DIY builders run mixed banks; we can advise on configuration.
