Mounts & Racks

This collection covers two distinct jobs that happen to share a purpose — secure structural mounting. One half is vehicle roof racks for overland and van builds; the other is server-rack enclosures and solar mounting hardware for power systems. They are bought by different people, so use the filters.

Vehicle roof racks

Expedition One is the largest line here, built for specific platforms rather than sold as universal fitment. Current applications include the Nissan Xterra, Toyota Tundra in both 2007–2021 and 2022+ generations, and the Toyota 4Runner. Two series run across those applications:

• Mule Ultra — offered in two variants per platform: with a lightbar cutout and without. Order the cutout version only if you are actually mounting a bar; they are not interchangeable after the fact.
• Mule SAM — the alternative series across the range.

Orion Van Gear covers van-build hardware including roof rack riser bar kits. Because all of this is platform-specific, match to your exact year: a Tundra rack cut for 2007–2021 will not carry over to a 2022+ truck.

Battery and solar mounting

The other half is rack hardware for power systems, including server-rack format lithium batteries designed to slot into a standard enclosure rather than sit loose on a shelf: the EG4-LL 24V 200Ah (EG4-LL-S24-200, listed with a 10-year warranty), the SOK SK48V100N 48V 100Ah 3U, and the Epoch Batteries 48V 100Ah (5.12kWh) self-heating unit. Also here: multi-layer battery racks for 3U server-rack batteries, modular and expandable ground-mount brackets, and a Nature's Generator universal solar panel mount.

Before you order

For roof racks, confirm your exact year, cab and roof configuration and check the manufacturer's fitment notes — load ratings and drilling requirements are specified per application in the installation guide. For rack-mount batteries, confirm your enclosure's rail spacing and depth first.
