Six widths, four fuel types, and everything from a compact apartment range to a 60-inch pro-style. Brands stocked are Forno, Summit Appliances, Thor Kitchen, Cosmo, Rangaire Appliances, and Empava, with ranges starting around $730 and topping out near $9,600.

Start with width. This collection runs 20", 24", 30", 36", 48", and 60". Thirty inches is the standard replacement size and the deepest part of the assortment. The 20- and 24-inch models — heavily Summit and Forno — are built for apartments, ADUs and galley kitchens. Thirty-six inches and up is where you start getting six to ten burners, double ovens, and integrated griddles.

Then fuel. Gas is the largest group and the most responsive to burner adjustment. Dual fuel pairs gas burners with a 240V electric convection oven, which is why it runs through the Forno Capriasca, Galiano, Massimo and Antico lines — gas control on top, more even baking below. Straight electric is the simplest install where there is no gas line. Induction is the smallest group here: Forno's Leonardo Espresso slide-ins and a Rangaire slide-in, all 30 inches.

Then installation and features. Freestanding pro-style is the default; slide-in models sit flush with the counter for a built-in look. French door ovens are a Forno signature across the Capriasca, Galiano, Fratta and Maniago lines. Convection is common through the assortment, while air fry and self-cleaning show up on Rangaire and Thor Kitchen models. If you want something other than stainless, Forno's white, black and colored-door ranges with antique brass trim are worth a look.
