Lighting here breaks into four jobs: task and accent light from table, floor, buffet and desk lamps; ambient light from pendants and chandeliers; wall-mounted light from sconces; and low-clearance ceiling light from semi-flush fixtures. Pick the job and the fixture format first — that narrows the list far faster than browsing by style.

Two brands carry the assortment. Modway covers the modern side: glass globe and marble-base table lamps, tripod floor lamps, squiggle pendant arms, and chandeliers running from a single pendant up to 8-light fixtures. Park Hill Collection covers the traditional and farmhouse side — iron and glass-panel chandeliers, plaster and grinded-glass table lamps, and brass buffet and clamp-on desk lamps.

The factors that actually decide it:

• Fixture type — table lamp, floor lamp, buffet lamp, desk lamp, pendant, chandelier, wall sconce or semi-flush ceiling light.
• Light count — 1-light pendants for islands and nightstands; 3-, 5-, 6- and 8-light chandeliers for dining rooms and entries.
• Diameter and drop — widths are stated in the product titles (43" and 52" on the Teleport chandeliers, 25" on the Halo pendant), so measure the table or ceiling opening before you choose.
• Material and finish — marble, travertine, terrazzo, glass, rattan, bamboo, brass, antique gold, bronze and rose gold.

If you are lighting a full room rather than filling one gap, work within a single series. Stellar, Skylark and Beacon each span pendants, chandeliers, sconces and semi-flush fixtures, and Wave Squiggle runs across table lamps, floor lamps and multi-arm pendants, so the finish and profile stay consistent from ceiling to side table.
