Hydraulic Lift Tables

A hydraulic lift table raises a load to working height so people stop bending over pallets. It is the cheapest ergonomic intervention available in most facilities, and the one with the fastest measurable payoff in reduced back strain and faster pick-and-pack cycles.

Urban Supply carries MechMaxx and Xilin lift tables from 770 lb to 1,760 lb capacity, with lift ranges from roughly 23 inches to over 40 inches.

Match the lift range, not just the capacity

Two tables can share a 1,760 lb rating and behave completely differently: the Xilin SP800 lifts about 22.9 inches, the SPS800 about 40.3 inches. If the job is moving a load from floor to bench height, the short-stroke table is fine and costs less. If you are loading a truck bed, a mezzanine step, or a tall machine infeed, you need the long-stroke version and there is no substitute.

Foot-pump vs. electric

Manual foot-pump tables are simpler, need no power, and cannot fail electrically — correct for occasional use and remote areas. Electric tables pay for themselves anywhere the table cycles more than a handful of times an hour, because pumping a 1,700 lb load by foot repeatedly is its own ergonomic problem.

Before ordering

Check lowered height against how you will load the table — a pallet jack needs the deck low enough to roll onto or a recessed pit. Check the platform dimensions against your actual pallet or crate footprint; overhang past the deck edge reduces safe capacity.
