This collection spans dedicated freezers and the freezer half of built-in and freestanding refrigeration. Summit Appliances accounts for the large majority of it, with Forno covering the large-format and built-in end and AMPTO supplying commercial reach-in units.

Dedicated freezers

Summit's upright models — the UF18W and UF22W among them — are the straightforward choice when you want freezer capacity and nothing else: garage overflow, a second freezer for bulk buying, or an under-counter unit in a bar or utility room. Summit also covers compact refrigerator-freezers such as the 24-inch BRF611WHB.

Combination and built-in refrigeration

The Forno side is where the large-format units sit. The Milano 62-inch freestanding dual bottom-freezer refrigerator is specified at 34.4 cu. ft., and Forno lists it as a two-piece package as well. The Fortezza 60-inch and Maderno 60-inch two-piece are built-in convertible units, meaning the compartment can be configured as refrigerator or freezer — confirm the configuration options on the product page for the model you are considering. If you are outfitting a kitchen rather than adding storage, these are the relevant models; if you only want more frozen capacity, the Summit uprights cost far less.

Commercial

AMPTO covers commercial duty rather than household use: blast freezers in 5-tray (ABT-5US) and 10-tray (ABT-10US) capacities for rapid pull-down, glass-door freezer merchandisers (4100 NFN single-sided, 4400 NFN four-sided, 4401 NFN revolving), and the Tekna one-door reach-in (5010 NFN).

Before you order

Built-in units are not interchangeable with freestanding ones — they need a specified cutout, clearance and finished-panel treatment, and a 60-inch two-piece configuration is a cabinetry decision as much as an appliance one. Check cutout dimensions against your opening before ordering, and confirm the delivery path.
