Fireplace Inserts: Upgrade Existing Masonry & Wood-Burning Fireplaces

Fireplace inserts transform inefficient masonry fireplaces into powerful heating appliances. Gas, wood, or electric options boost warmth and efficiency.

Insert Types: Gas inserts deliver instant ignition, precise heat control, and stunning flame effects. Wood inserts modernize traditional wood-burning fireplaces with EPA-certified efficiency. Electric inserts add ambiance without heat or venting.

Installation: Insert into existing fireplace opening. Most installations are straightforward and don't require major construction. Professional installation recommended for gas models.

Heating Performance: Convert 60–80% of heat that wood-burning fireplaces waste up the chimney. Direct heat output into living space instead of outdoors.

Features: Realistic flame effects (gas/electric). Adjustable heat output and thermostat controls. Low-maintenance operation. Some models include blowers for faster heat distribution.
