Empava Wine Coolers

An Empava wine cooler keeps a large collection at a steady serving temperature. This collection currently holds two 24-inch models: a 171-bottle single-zone wine cooler and a 160-bottle dual-zone wine cooler. New models are being added, including 15-inch units and beverage refrigerators for cans.

How to choose a wine cooler

• Single or dual zone: a single-zone cooler holds everything at one temperature, which is ideal if you store mostly reds or mostly whites. Dual zone lets you keep reds at cellar temperature and whites chilled for serving in the same cabinet.
• Capacity: 160 to 171 bottles is serious storage. Count your collection and add room to grow, since an overfull cooler is hard to browse and slow to cool new bottles.
• Width: 24 inches matches a standard base cabinet opening; the 15-inch models on the way are for tighter spaces or a bar area.
• Bottles or cans: if you mostly chill beer, soda and sparkling water, wait for the beverage refrigerator listings rather than pressing wine racks into service for cans.
