This collection holds Empava induction cooktops from 12 to 36 inches: a 12-inch portable unit, a 12-inch built-in with two elements, a 24-inch built-in with four elements, 30-inch built-ins with four elements and 36-inch built-ins with five elements. How to choose an induction cooktop

• Built-in or portable: the built-in models drop into a counter cut-out and need a dedicated circuit; the portable 12-inch unit plugs in and moves wherever you need an extra burner.
• Size and elements: 30 inches with four elements replaces a standard cooktop; 36 inches with five elements suits a larger kitchen; the 12-inch two-element built-in fits a bar, island or RV.
• Cookware: induction only works with magnetic pans. If a fridge magnet sticks to the bottom of your pot, it will work.
• Power: check the product page for voltage and amperage before ordering so your electrician can size the circuit.
