How to choose a Jackery solar panel
- Wattage: Jackery's own kits pair the 40W Air with the Explorer 300 v2, the 100 Air with the 500 v2 and 600 v2, the 200W with the 1000 v2 and 2000 v2, and the 500X with the 2000 v2, HomePower and 5000 Plus stations.
- Bifacial or monocrystalline: the 40W Air, 100 Air and 500X are bifacial panels that collect light on both faces; the 200W is a monocrystalline panel.
- Weather and ports: the 100 Air carries an IP68 waterproof rating, and the 40W Air has USB-C and USB-A ports so it can charge a phone or tablet with no power station attached.
- Compatibility: the 200W and 500X are listed for both Explorer and HomePower stations, and a parallel connector from the accessories collection joins two SolarSaga panels into one input.
